Näsilinna, restored to its former glory, offers beautiful surroundings, excellent service and unique culinary delights for parties and other functions at the heart of Tampere. The versatile premises are suitable for many types of occasions – business and private functions alike. The historic palace Näsilinna, set in an idyllic green park, is every bride’s dream location for an unforgettable wedding.
Näsilinna can host functions for up to 600 people and has dinner seating for 150–200 people. Näsilinna’s restaurant von Nottbeck is an à la carte restaurant but can also be booked for functions. While it generally serves French cuisine, the menus can be planned to suit each individual booking.
The building was modernised thoroughly in connection with the recent extensive renovations. Air conditioning, together with high ceilings, spacious interiors, and the backdrop of a park guarantees a comfortable party atmosphere even in hot summer weather. The building also has modern conference and sound-reproduction technology.
Parties, business functions and weddings
Functions, such as weddings, corporate events and Christmas parties, can be held in the many the rooms of Näsilinna. The three rooms on the south side can be combined to host up to 100 people. The two rooms on the north side of the building accommodate about 55 guests. Also, the rooms can be used for smaller functions, parties and dinners for 20–50 guests. The large lobby, with its marble staircase and magnificent detail work, is an ideal venue for speeches and serves also as a dance floor. There are inviting summer terraces on both sides of the building.
Näsilinna also offers supporting services for functions, among them flowers, decorations and place settings; the services of an MC; and music. Should you have any other wishes, our partners can ensure that the venue meets all your needs.
The atmospheric, historic rooms of Näsilinna are also great for meetings and make any conference a special occasion. The premises can be modified in accordance with the size and nature of the meeting. From the summer of 2015, it has been possible to combine a guided tour of Museum Milavida with conference packages.
Our one-day conference package, from €54/person, includes:

The half-day conference package costs from €29 to €44 per person.

The Main Hall and the Gentlemen’s Hall (along with the Bar Room) can be combined for functions for 80–100 people, and the Ladies’ Room and the Coffee Room for 55 people. The restaurants can serve as many as 300–400 people for cocktail parties.
